Product Authenticity

Carnesia guarantees that all products sold on our website are 100% original and authentic. If any product is found to be fake, we will return 5 times the product value.

Orders & Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation via phone or SMS. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspicious activity.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to change without notice. We do our best to ensure product information is accurate, but we do not guarantee that descriptions or other content are 100% error-free.

Payment Terms

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, Credit/Debit Cards and other secure payment methods. For online payments, full payment must be completed before order processing.

Delivery Policy

We deliver all over Bangladesh.

Estimated delivery time:

• Dhaka: 1–3 working days
• Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

Delivery time may vary due to courier service or unforeseen circumstances.

Return & Refund Policy

You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is damaged, defective or you received the wrong item. The product must be unused, unopened and in original condition with all packaging & seals intact.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before confirmation call. After confirmation, cancellation may not be possible.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

Limitation of Liability

Carnesia is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website. Results may vary from person to person.
